My real estate journey began in Oklahoma in 2009, shortly after earning my degree in Legal Studies from East Central University. Since then, I’ve held real estate licenses in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Florida—building, renovating, and managing properties along the way. My career has spanned roles in logistics, oilfield equipment sales, insurance, and enterprise communications technology. As a top-producing corporate sales leader in Denver, I built a reputation for strategic problem-solving and process optimization, consistently delivering exceptional performance by leveraging data analytics.

In 2022, my wife—a Volusia County native—and I chose Ormond Beach as our home to raise our now two-year-old son, drawn by its tight-knit community that seamlessly blends small-town charm with easy access to vibrant hubs like Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa.As a licensed pilot and Ironman finisher, I approach life and work with discipline, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Inspired by Dave Ramsey’s financial strategies and the principles of the FIRE movement, I maintain a vigilant focus on my credit score and leverage a strategic approach to property financing, ensuring my clients benefit from informed, forward-thinking guidance. My diverse background in legal studies, logistics, technology, insurance, and corporate operations equips me with a distinctive edge in real estate, enabling me to guide clients through transactions with meticulous due diligence and confidence while prioritizing empathy and care to honor the deeply personal and emotional journey of finding a home.

I love spending time in the area from New Smyrna Beach to Palm Coast, immersing myself in the local experience. Saturday mornings often begin with breakfast at Rosie’s or Wild Rabbit, and when we're craving something lighter, Solberry is our go-to for açaí. I enjoy browsing local shops and wandering through art walks, all while soaking up the laid-back coastal vibe on the beach. In the Main Street district of Ormond Beach, I savor craft cocktails at Sovereign 63, indulge in succulent sushi at Fugu, and dive into fresh seafood at Hull’s. After a relaxing drive up the coast, our favorite dinner spot is Turtleshack in Flagler Beach. It’s these moments in between that truly make this place feel like home.
